A city of ruins, famous for its medieval Hindu kingdom of Vijaynagar, Hampi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is a place of historical importance. Renowned for its sprawling landscape of massive formations of rocks and boulders and are absolutely captivating to look at. The ancient ruins of temples and Palaces growl history making it an unmissable adventure for every type of traveller.
At its zenith during the Vijayanagara Empire, Hampi was one of the biggest and richest cities in the world. From witnessing Hampi’s 4 billion-year-old gem, Anegundi Village to admiring the beautiful vista of the sun slowly gliding down over the horizon from Hemakuta Hills, this tour to Hampi from Bangalore has it all.
Day 1: Good Morning
- Your Chikmagalur tour package starts from Bangalore.
- Enjoy your breakfast from there & Get ready for the journey
- We will Start the trek from Belekan beach and continue towards Paradise beach,
Day 2 : – Hampi Sightseeing | Admire the beauty of Sanakpur Lake, a hidden Jewel amidst the boulders.
- Reach Hampi in the morning and take a breath of fresh air amidst views of picturesque sight.
- Head towards your hotel and proceed with the check-in formalities.
- Have a delicious breakfast early in the morning and take a rest for a while.
- After taking a rest for a while, depart to witness the magnificent beauty of the Hampi.
- Head towards the hidden jewel of Hampi, Sanakpur Lake surrounded by large boulders. There is a canal along the road and hills of boulders on both sides which is scenic to watch.
- One can indulge in various activities coracle ride, cliff jumping at your own cost.
- After spending a wonderful day, have your lunch in peace by around 2:00 pm.
- After delicious refreshment, head towards Anegundi Village, a division of ‘World Heritage Site’ of Hampi, in Gangavathi taluk, Koppal district of Karnataka state in India.
- Head towards Malyavanta Raghunatha Temple, a religious and mythological point dedicated to Lord Raghunatha.
- Head back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
- Overnight stay in Hampi.
Day 3: Depart for Bangalore | Catch the Vibrant Vibe at Hippie Bazaar
- Wake up early in the morning and have a delicious breakfast.
- Head out to explore the beautiful city.
- Hike up to the Hemakuta Hills, a place which is sprinkled generously with a large number of ruins of temples, archways and pavilions.
- Stroll around the Hippie Bazaar and catch the vibrant vibe that roams in the air.
- Witness the architectural brilliance of the Virupaksha temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva.
- Next, head towards Yeduru Basavanna or Eduru Basavanna is a huge sculpture of a Monolithic Nandi, located at the east end of the Virupaksha Bazaar in Hampi.
- Also visit Kings Balance, Stone Chariot, Vitthal Temple, Lotus Mahal, Elephant stables, Hajari Rama Temple.
- Depart around 7:00 PM for Bangalore.Head back home with a bag full of dreams to cherish for eternity.
Travel:
- Tempo Traveller or Mini Bus (with push back seats).
- Comfortable and hygienic vehicle (Tempo Traveler) for sightseeing on all days as per the itinerary.
- We request you to book this trip only if you can handle slight discomfort (especially the last row of the vehicle).

Things to carry:
- Toiletries, moisturiser, light towel, lip balm, wet wipes, toothbrush, toothpaste
- A lightweight large Backpack for the trip (no suitcase, no trolley)
- A small backpack for water activities (to carry a water bottle, change clothes, towel, etc)
- Photo identity proof with address (Aadhar/Passport/Voter ID)
- Poncho or rainproof jacket with a hood (Not Mandatory)
- Shorts, T-shirt for water sports.
- Cap/Hat/Sunscreen (to avoid getting tanned bigtime)
- Sunglasses (to keep your eyes fresh)
- Power bank, charger, camera (if you wish to)
- Proper water bottle for your trip. You may fill at our campsite
- Disposable garbage covers (To separate used/unused, dry/wet clothes)
- Any kind of sandals or shoes are fine as there is no trek
- Your personal medications, if any
- Pair of water wear to take a dip in the river/sea
- Carrying a handwash/sanitizer/tissues will help during the trip
- Carry your jerkin/sweater — it can get cold at night as its close to the forest
- Carry a little bit of cash for Sunday lunch, dinner, and misc. expenses
- Don’t carry expensive items. You are responsible for your own belongings.
- No Hot water for shower

Remember Luxury and Experience won’t be together! This is an experience based event in which we will cover maximum Places in limited time! be prepared for a bit of long travels as we must travel to the places where they are.
Trek: Cancellation Policy
- No Cancellations/Refunds once the booking is done
- If cancellation is done before 15 days of the trip, we can issue a refund.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases we will try their best to provide an alternative feasible solution.
- However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
Payment Terms:
- 50% Advance at the time of Confirmation, Balance at the time of departure Advisory.
- Timings for meals will be specific which will be informed to you by the guide.
- Do not expect luxury as we will be travelling through pristine and untamed nature.
- Do pay heed to the guidelines given by the instructor.
- Do not expect separate accommodation as it is a group trip.
- Drop points will be the same as pickup points
- Bring your own mask and sanitizer.
- Adventurous trek/trip does NOT come with luxury, so please have the mindset accordingly
- Strictly follow the Reporting time, Program schedule and Instructions given by the Organizers through the entire duration of the program.
- Please don’t throw the plastic and garbage in the Forest
- Event Schedule, route and Plans are subject to change in case of any inconvenience that occurred at the time of tour without any prior intimation. Travellers have to adjust to any such consequence.
- Mapstop Adventures has all rights to modify or cancel the trekking event due to unavoidable circumstances.
