DANDELI

Dandeli is seated on the banks of Kali river in north Karnataka. A great natural retreat, its renowned for its dense forests, serene trails, exquisite wildlife and limestone caves. Dandeli is truly a fascinating mix of wildlife, scenic beauty, and adventure sports.

GOKARNA

Day 0:  Departure

• Arrive at the meeting point to be received by our team captain. You will depart for Dandeli from Bangalore at 9 PM (Tentative).

Day 1 :

Dandeli- Water sports activities- Sunset viewpoint- Camping

• We will arrive at Dandeli by 9 AM and check in to our campsites.
• Next, we have on our itinerary a thrilling river rafting experience in the ebullient waters of the River Kali.
• You can indulge in various water sports activities as well.
• That rush of adrenaline definitely calls for a fulfilling lunch after which we will indulge in more fun filling experiences.
• The return to the camp would be followed by a bonfire night and bonding with your fellow travelers.
• Post dinner, it is time for bed.

Day 3:

• Rise and shine for we start our journey to Gokarna today after a healthy breakfast.
• Gokarna calls for beach hopping, which starts with Om Beach followed by a trek to theKudle Beach
• With the sun setting over the horizon, we head towards Nirvana Beach for stay.
• Dinner is followed by an overnight stay.
• .

Day 4:

• Have an early morning breakfast
• Start our journey Towards Mirjan Fort
• Kandla Sharavathi & Eco Beach
• Murudeshwara
• Honnavara Backwaters (Depends on weather condition)

Travel:

• Tempo Traveller or Mini Bus (with push back seats).
• Note: This trip involves overnight journey on a push back Seater (Not sleeper or semi-sleeper).
• We request you to book this trip only if you can handle slight discomfort (especially the last row of the vehicle).

Pickup Points

• Tin Factory (9PM)
• Trinity Metro station (9.15-9.30PM)
• Majestic (10 PM)

Stay:

• Stay at private property (3/2 sharing Tents or Rooms based on bookings)
• Each tent has a pillow & blanket (If u r not comfortable can carry own bedsheets)

Inclusion

• 3 Breakfasts,1Lunch & 2Dinner
• Local sightseeing in Dandeli and Gokarna.
• Water sports activities in Dandeli. (River rafting (1.5 Kms), Kayaking, Boating, and Swimming
• Note:
• Please check the Inclusions, Exclusions of Gokarna Trip package below for a complete list of things included in your trip cost.

Things to carry:

• Toiletries, moisturiser, light towel, lip balm, wet wipes, toothbrush, toothpaste
• A lightweight large Backpack for the trip (no suitcase, no trolley)
• A small backpack for water activities (to carry a water bottle, change clothes, towel, etc)
• Photo identity proof with address (Aadhar/Passport/Voter ID)
• Poncho or rainproof jacket with a hood (Not Mandatory)
• Shorts, T-shirt for water sports.
• Cap/Hat/Sunscreen (to avoid getting tanned bigtime)
• Sunglasses (to keep your eyes fresh)
• Power bank, charger, camera (if you wish to)
• Proper water bottle for your trip. You may fill at our campsite
• Disposable garbage covers (To separate used/unused, dry/wet clothes)
• Any kind of sandals or shoes are fine as there is no trek
• Your personal medications, if any
• Pair of water wear to take a dip in the river/sea
• Carrying a handwash/sanitizer/tissues will help during the trip
• Carry your jerkin/sweater — it can get cold at night as its close to the forest
• Carry a little bit of cash for Sunday lunch, dinner, and misc. expenses
• Don’t carry expensive items. You are responsible for your own belongings.
• No Hot water for shower at Gokarna

IMP —

Remember Luxury and Experience won’t be together! This is an experience based event in which we will cover maximum Places in limited time! be prepared for a bit of long travels as we must travel to the places where they are.

Trek: Cancellation Policy

• No Cancellations/Refunds once the booking is done
• If cancellation is done before 15 days of the trip, we can issue a refund.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases we will try their best to provide an alternative feasible solution.
• However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

Payment Terms:

• 50% Advance at the time of Confirmation, Balance at the time of departure Advisory.
• Timings for meals will be specific which will be informed to you by the guide.
• Do not expect luxury as we will be travelling through pristine and untamed nature.
• Do pay heed to the guidelines given by the instructor.
• Do not expect separate accommodation as it is a group trip.
• Drop points will be the same as pickup points
• Bring your own mask and sanitizer.
• Adventurous trek/trip does NOT come with luxury, so please have the mindset accordingly
• Strictly follow the Reporting time, Program schedule and Instructions given by the Organizers through the entire duration of the program.
• Please don’t throw the plastic and garbage in the Forest
• Event Schedule, route and Plans are subject to change in case of any inconvenience that occurred at the time of tour without any prior intimation. Travellers have to adjust to any such consequence.
• Mapstop Adventures has all rights to modify or cancel the trekking event due to unavoidable circumstances.
